Staying at this hotel was a solid experience overall. Having balconies on the main level is a nice touch.
The hotel has a great location in the heart of old San Juan, close to everything we needed to do. The rooms vary from simple units with balconies but no interior kitchens to full kitchen suites. The service was attentive and included housekeeping and a welcome drink. The complimentary bread offered in the dining area was a nice touch. The facilities were basic but satisfactory overall, offering what we needed for our stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay; right in the heart of old San Juan, close to everything I needed to do. The rooms were spacious and modern but lacked air conditioning. The service was impeccable, with attentive housekeeping and a lovely welcome drink. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious home-baked Alentejo bread included. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
